Reservation Process: All reservations are made through our website by completing the booking form. A booking is confirmed only after we send you a confirmation email.
Age Requirements: Participants must be at least 12 years old. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Health and Safety: By booking a tour, you confirm that you are in good physical and mental health and capable of participating in a demanding outdoor activity. Participants with health concerns should consult their physician before booking.
Physical Fitness: Rafting is a physical activity. Participants must have moderate fitness levels and ability to swim or be comfortable in water.
Free Cancellation: Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time.
Cancellations within 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour may result in a 50% refund or credit toward a future booking.
No-Show: Participants who fail to appear for their scheduled tour without prior notice will forfeit their entire payment.
Weather-Related Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to severe weather, high water levels, or unsafe river conditions. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
Payment Method: Payment must be made as instructed during the booking process. We accept various payment methods as displayed on our website.
Pricing: All prices are listed in EUR and include the rafting experience, equipment, and guide service. Additional expenses (meals, transportation, optional activities) may not be included.
Taxes and Fees: Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and service fees.

Assumption of Risk: Rafting is an outdoor recreational activity involving inherent risks including, but not limited to, drowning, injury, and death. By participating, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the activity.
Liability Release: You agree that Rafting Osum Canyon, its owners, employees, guides, and agents are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your participation in the tour, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Medical Emergency: In case of medical emergency, we will assist in arranging appropriate medical care, but we are not responsible for medical expenses incurred.
